Cocktail Hour and Wedding Dinner

Live guitar music is great for the cocktail hour and dinner. It sets a nice background ambiance while guests mingle, drink, eat, and celebrate. I like to play a variety of fun, melodic, and rhythmic pieces during the cocktail and dinner.

My performance services include:

Professional Sound Reinforcement System. People ask me what kind of guitar I have and comment on the clean sound. Well, its not just the guitar, its the sound system that I have researched and put together over the years. As a lover of music my standards are high when it comes to sound quality.
Professional Image. I to dress to the occasion!
Microphone for toasts. (by request) Let your speeches, poems, toasts, and special words be heard loud and clear. (here is a mic hint: position the mic in front of your mouth, not below.)
50 minute sets of music. All I need is a 10 minute break every 50 minutes. The rest is an un-interrupted stream of live music.
Exciting and fresh original music. Not only am I a performer, but I am also composer. About half of my repertoire is original music that I am confident you and your guests will love.
Highly skilled guitar playing. I continually spend hours practicing, refining, and improving my technique and musicianship.

The following things will help me serve you better:

A chair with no arms. I always keep my own folding chair in the car but it may not match the evening decor. Usually your catering company will have an extra.
Standard single power outlet nearby. Unless, the event is very intimate, like 15 people or less, I will need use my amplification system.
At least a 5 foot by 5 foot space. It is more comfortable for myself and the guests if I have adequate space to set up and perform in.

I am a full time musician with bookings into the year. The sooner you book me the more likely you are to secure the date.
